Shipping: Shipping is a worldwide rate that is determined by the order subtotal and Ship To location. We usually ship packages within 5-7 business days of confirmed payment receipt. We ship to the credit card billing address. Dropshipping is also available. Due to high order volume some items may be sold out at the time of a customer's purchase. In this case a customer will be notified of any delay immediately and if shipping takes longer than 10-15 business days (which rarely happens)we will credit back your S&H fee. Packages are delivered by USPS (priority mail service)and must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery the mail courier will leave a card for the receiver to pick up the package at the nearest post office. Once your order has been verified and approved for shipment it is forwarded for shipping the next business day. You will receive a tracking number shortly after your order is approved for shipment. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or damaged we will reship once at our expense. Returns & Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it you must contact us at shipping@Designer-Styles.com. Once we receive your package we will notify you through e-mail. Please refer to our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy for details. Credit card fraud protection Due to strict verification of our payment processors the name, address and security code on your card must be an exact match and must match the information on your billing statement. Please make sure to put the Exact name as it appears on your card with middle initials etc.., correct billing address that is registered with your bank for the card, and correct security code (CVV info). If any of this information is not verified your order will be declined and cannot be processed. We do this to prevent online fraud and paying withstolen credit cards. All fraud orders are reported to the credit card company, bank, and authorities. |
